Stewart Walchli
President, Chief Executive Officer & Director Stewart first joined Chalk in November 2001, initially acting as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Chalk, Stewart was the CFO of Sideware Systems Inc., a Toronto Stock Exchange and OTC Bulletin Board listed company that sold electronic-customer relationship management software. Stewart was also an investment banker for CIBC World Markets focusing on technology companies, particularly in the Internet and eCommerce space. Stewart began his career working in the Corporate Finance and Financial Assurance Groups at KPMG.

Jim Speros
Chairman & Director
Jim is an accomplished entrepreneur whose background includes several successful ventures in the technology industry. He is also very connected in the Washington DC area; Jim sits on the Regional Board, acts as President & CEO for National Capital Golf Ventures, LLC and is involved with the ownership group now know as American Baseball Capital. Technology and connections aside, Jim has a notable history in professional sports. He was the President & Owner of two CFL franchises and also served as Vice Chairman of the CFL. Prior to this, Jim spent five years in the NFL - both coaching and playing.

Kris Sutherland
Executive Vice President & Director
Kris has been with Chalk since 1998, and was initially responsible for the Sales and Marketing initiatives of the company. As the company evolved, Kris transitioned to the Finance department where he worked to initiate and broker financing to help the company grow to its current state. Kris is an active member of the board and focuses on corporate development and strategic planning, while acting as a legal liaison for the company.

Jody Glidden
COO, CTO & Director
Jody brings over 10 years of experience in the eLearning field to the management team. Prior to joining Chalk, Jody was CEO of a cutting edge LCMS company icGlobal, which was acquired by SmartForce in 2001. Post-acquisition, he went on to become Director of Global Business Development at SmartForce, where he assessed, reviewed and designed eLearning solutions for Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Novell, Unisys, BellSouth and Unilever. Touted an 'eLearning Evangelist', Jody is a frequent speaker on learning technology; most recently speaking at the 2007 RIM Wireless Enterprise Symposium in Florida.

Calvin Mah
Chief Financial Officer
Calvin brings significant financial expertise to the Chalk team. From 2001 to 2004, Calvin was the CFO of NetNation Communications, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company in the web hosting and domain name registration industries. From 1996 to 2000, Calvin was CFO of Simba Technologies Inc., a privately-held venture-backed web analytics and middleware software company. Calvin is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and the CICA.

Tim Ellinger
Executive VP of Sales
Tim brings more than 25 years of sales and operational experience with enterprise software applications to the Chalk team. Most recently, Tim was VP of Worldwide Sales at Global English, one of the leaders in English language training. Before that he spent 7 years with SmartForce in various management positions, including VP of Sales for the Americas and VP of International Sales. After the merger with SkillSoft, he was Senior VP for Worldwide Field Operations, managing around 400 sales reps.

Michael LeBlanc
VP of Technology
Mike brings a wealth of over 15 years of development experience to Chalk. For over 6 years, Mike has focused on eLearning and web-based communities, implementing dozens of critical web-based systems using various technologies and approaches. Prior to Chalk, Mike was co-Founder & President of icGlobal.com, which was acquired by SmartForce/SkillSoft. At that time he moved on to become Senior Director of Intranet Technologies for SmartForce/SkillSoft. Most recently he co-Founded and was Executive VP and Chief Technical Officer of Ensemble Collaboration.
